KidSafe SA provides an education and information service for parents and carers of children on all aspects of child safety and injury prevention.
We operate the Kidsafe Centre where a range of brochures, fact sheets, videos and booklets on such subjects as prevention of burns and scalds, drowning, falls, choking and poisoning are available We are located in the Main Foyer of the Kermode Street Entrance, at the Women's & Children's Hospital in North Adelaide.

Resources and Safety Products
-The Centre offers illustrative information and displays featuring working safety products. A comprehensive range of safety products is available for inspection and purchase in the centre. Both a mail and telephone order service is also offered.
Community groups, students and parents are invited to visit the KidSafe Centre. KidSafe SA also offers a telephone information service.
During the past several years, Kidsafe SA has initiated and/or collaborated on several very successful injury prevention projects. Among these have been:

• "Safe Sleeping for the under 2's"
• "Safe Eating for Young Children – Prevent Choking on Food"
• "Hot Water Burns Like Fire"
• "Kids'N'Cars"
